Integrating Darkfield Microscopy in Biological Medicine 2026
This 5-day intensive training offers a deep dive into the advanced applications of Darkfield Microscopy within Biological Medicine.
Course description
This five-day intensive training provides a comprehensive introduction to the advanced applications of Darkfield Microscopy within Biological Medicine. Designed for practitioners and healthcare professionals, this course offers a holistic understanding of how to utilize Darkfield Microscopy for both diagnosis and therapeutic guidance in complex health conditions. Participants will learn how Darkfield Microscopy reveals subtle imbalances and susceptibilities that can be instrumental in patient assessment, treatment customization, and health monitoring
Course Features:
Hands-On Learning: Engage in practical sessions using the latest Darkfield Microscopy devices and technologies in Biological Medicine. Gain valuable experience by working directly with patients, observing how Darkfield Microscopy reveals underlying health conditions such as Lyme disease, cancer markers, leaky gut, and infection susceptibility. These sessions, led by our experienced faculty, offer participants practical skills in identifying and addressing specific biomarkers related to these conditions.
Expert-Led Seminars: Learn from pioneers in Biological Medicine through daily seminars focused on the integration of Darkfield Microscopy in complex health cases. Each seminar delves into real-world applications, such as identifying cellular anomalies linked to chronic disease, and integrating these findings with therapies like Sanum Therapy and gut restoration protocols.
Certificate of Completion: Participants will receive a certificate of completion of Dr. Rau’s practical training in Biological Medicine, demonstrating enhanced proficiency in this specialized field and the application of Darkfield Microscopy within it.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded professionals from the English-speaking world in a relaxed setting. Exchange ideas, insights, and experiences with peers, building relationships and professional networks in Biological Medicine.

Lecturers
Dr. med. Thomas Rau
Dr. Thomas Rau is considered one of the leading pioneers of biological medicine. His approach focuses on the human being as a whole, and his medical philosophy is based on three fundamental principles: detoxification, regulation of the gut and immune system, and building and regeneration.
As medical director of the BioMed Center Sonnenberg and BioMedicine International, he has been training doctors and therapists internationally for many years. His clear vision: medicine that works with the body—not against it.
Dr. med. Ralf Oettmeier
Medical Director of the Alpstein Clinic
Dr. Ralf Oettmeier is a specialist in orthopedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system (FMH) with over 30 years of experience. His medical focus is on integrative biological medicine, particularly biological cancer medicine, pain therapy, neural therapy, and naturopathic treatments.
He combines conventional medical expertise with holistic therapy concepts, which he passes on in his work as a lecturer.
